CHARGERS SC REPRESENTING ON MATCH DAY!
This past week’s US Open Cup showdown between Sarasota Paradise and FC Naples was
about more than just the action on the pitch—it was about community, connection, and the future
of the game!
We’re incredibly proud that Chargers SC players from our Lakewood Ranch Campus were
invited to take part in this memorable matchday experience:
Our young athletes walked out onto the field as official mascots, shoulder to shoulder with the
pros. Others played key roles as ball boys, helping keep the game flowing with energy and
professionalism.
Juan De Brigard, Campus Director at Chargers SC Lakewood Ranch, shared his pride:
“It was a special moment for our players to be part of such a high-level match. Opportunities like
these inspire them to dream big, and it’s an amazing way to reinforce the connection between
grassroots soccer and the pro game.”
Mike Keeney, Executive Director of Chargers SC, added:
“Supporting our local soccer community is a core part of who we are. We’re thankful to Sarasota
Paradise for creating this experience and proud to see our Chargers players representing the club
with pride.”
Let’s keep building the future—together.
